VIP Movers provides office moving and business relocation for companies that need furniture and equipment moved without turning the week into chaos. Downtime is expensive. We sequence loading and unloading so empty desks and live desks are not mixed up on the truck.
We do not promise “zero downtime” as a guarantee. We do plan the move so work can resume as soon as rooms are set. Share floor plans, elevator reservations, and certificate-of-insurance requests early.
Office moving
Office moving covers desks, chairs, file cabinets, and the boxes that hold records. Labeling by room number saves time at delivery. If employees are packing their own desks, give them a cutoff time so the crew is not waiting on half-full drawers.
Business relocation
A full business relocation may include more than one floor or more than one day. We staff additional movers at $39/hr and an additional truck at $49/hr when the inventory calls for it, using the same add-on rates published on our homepage. Peak calendar dates still affect availability.
Commercial equipment
Servers, copiers, and lab or medical devices need a dedicated plan. We move the physical goods. We are not your IT installer. Have vendors power down, pack, and recertify anything that requires a licensed technician.
Office furniture
Systems furniture often must come apart. Our crews disassemble and reassemble furniture as they do on residential jobs. Cubicle walls and bolted benches take longer than a household dresser; budget time on the clock for that work.
Minimizing downtime
The practical way to shorten downtime is a clear sequence: pack, label, load common areas first or last depending on who still has to work, then reverse the order at the new site. We will follow the order you set with your office manager.
Planning, loading, and unloading
Planning starts with the quote form. Choose Office/Commercial and describe the square footage or headcount in the message field. Loading and unloading include path protection and truck placement. Building dock rules are yours to reserve; we work inside the window you give us.
